WSJ Wine Club Customer Service
From my experience, the Wall Street Journal Wine Club has great customer service. After trying the introductory offer, I called to cancel my membership so I could try a different wine club. The customer support was very helpful and made it super easy to cancel the membership.
The WSJ Wine Club also gives you the option to skip a wine case shipment if you want to take 3 months off.
This great customer service makes the WSJ Wine Club a top notch organization. Not to mention, their wine was really good.
